Returns/Refunds/Exchanges (if applicable)
Due to the nature of our business, we do not offer returns of gifts, refunds or exchanges. If you find a product in your gift box has arrived damaged please see below on instructions for replacement of damaged product(s). 


Damaged or Defective Product(s) 
We apologize for the inconvenience of receiving a damaged or defective product! We want to make it right and are happy to replace items if they are defective or damaged. If an item is no longer in stock or available at our warehouse, you will received a gift credit for the value of your item(s). Please send us an email at mercyforestco@gmail.com for more replacement information. Also, please note that we will need a photograph of the damaged items for replacement/refund.


Shipping
If you were asked to return your product(s), please mail your product to: Mercy Forest Co., 2855 Copeland Road, Independence MN 55359, United States. Please DO NOT send products to Mercy Forest Co. before contacting us (www.mercyforestco@gmail.com) as most of the time it is not necessary to return broken product. 

If product does need to be returned, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item(s). Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
