Shipping policy

Every Mercy Forest Co. gift is packed by hand in Independence, Minnesota and shipped within 2 business days of your order (Monday to Friday). Choose the delivery date you would like at checkout; we plan the shipment around it. We do not deliver on Sundays.

Shipping rates

Shipping is calculated at checkout by carrier and destination. Rates and delivery estimates are shown before you pay.

Local pickup

Free local pickup is available at checkout for the Independence, MN area. We will email you when your order is ready.

Delivery times

Most orders arrive within 2 to 5 business days of shipping, depending on the carrier and destination. Delivery dates chosen at checkout are targets, not guarantees; carrier delays outside our control can occur, especially around holidays.

Damaged or missing items

If a gift arrives damaged, email us within 7 days with a photo and we will replace the item or the box. We do not accept returns, refunds or exchanges otherwise; see our Refund Policy.

Corporate and portal orders

Corporate program orders and client portal draw-downs ship on their own scheduled terms as agreed with your account contact.
