The set includes a 9½" carving knife and 6½" carving fork, each featuring Shun's signature hammered finish and rich, walnut-colored Pakka Wood handle. The carving knife is crafted with a VG-MAX steel core surrounded by 34 micro thin layers of stainless steel on each side, creating a thin, lightweight blade with exceptional performance. Its traditional Japanese tsuchima hammered finish helps reduce drag while cutting and allows food to release more easily from the blade.
Thoughtfully balanced Pakka Wood handles offer comfort and control, while stainless-steel end caps add strength, stability and a beautifully finished detail.
